Brazil is set to have its second round of Presidential elections on the 26th of October after no one candidate secured more than 50% votes in the first round. The fight is between incumbent Dilma Rouseff and Aceio Neves. Reports suggest that it could be a very close fight. To know more about these elections we spoke to Former Indian Ambassador R Viswanathan who was India’s first Consul General in Sao Paulo and Ambassador to Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
