On March 30, 2017, Sameer Patil, Director, Centre for International Security & Fellow, National Security Studies, Gateway House, gave the keynote presentation at a seminar organised by the Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies titled, “Cyber Security: What Nations Need to Know”.
