On December 11, Ambassador R. Viswanathan, Distinguished Fellow, Latin America Studies, Gateway House, delivered a lecture at the Foreign Service Institute, New Delhi. The lecture was titled ‘Economic diplomacy.’
It was part of the 8th Special Course for Diplomats from ASEAN countries conducted by the Foreign Service Institute, Ministry of External Affairs, India.
Ambassador Viswanathan is Distinguished Fellow, Latin America Studies, Gateway House. He is the former Indian Ambassador to Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Venezuela, and Consul General in Sao Paulo.
