On October 14 and 15, Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow for Foreign Policy Studies, Gateway House, delivered two lectures at the University of Lusaka and the University of Zambia in Zambia. The lectures covered convergences between India’s and Africa’s worldview, and the prospects for deeper economic and strategic collaboration between India and Zambia.
