Naval chiefs from more than 15 Indian Ocean nations are attending a three-day event in Kochi from November 12-14, 2018 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Indian Ocean Naval Symposium (IONS). Indian Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated the event which had the theme, ‘IONS as a catalyst for SAGAR’.
