On February 11, Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies Programme, Gateway House delivered the inaugural address at the International seminar on BIMSTEC: Constructing New Pathways in the Context of Rising Asia.
The seminar was organised by UGC Centre for Maritime Studies, School of Social Sciences & International Studies, Pondicherry University & Observer Research Foundation, Kolkata.
