On November 13, Ambassador R. Viswanathan, Distinguished Fellow, Latin America Studies, delivered a lecture to the country delivery heads of Wipro, in Bangalore. Building on his experiences as the former Indian envoy to several Latin American countries, he spoke about ways to build bonds between the cultures of Latin America and other nations, and shared his insights on business opportunities in the emerging markets in the region.
