On 29 September, Gateway House hosted a roundtable meeting with Toby Dalton, co-Director of the Nuclear Policy Programme at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The topic of discussion was Mr. Dalton’s recent book, entitled ‘Not War, Not Peace: Motivating Pakistan to Prevent Cross-Border Terrorism’, which focuses on understanding the current Indo-Pak conflict and finding ways in which India can motivate Pakistan to curb and prevent cross-border terrorism.
The discussion was chaired by Sameer Patil, Fellow, National Security, Ethnic Conflict and Terrorism Studies, Gateway House.
