On November 24, Sameer Patil, Director, Centre for International Security & Fellow, National Security Studies, Gateway House attended an event organised by Observer Research Foundation Mumbai, ‘Post 26/11 – How safe is Mumbai’ on the 9th anniversary of the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The panel discussion was moderated by Mr. V Balachandran, former Special Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India. Patil spoke on the national security reforms initiated by India after the attacks and challenges facing India on counter-terrorism front.
