On 30 July 2021, Amb. Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies Programme, Gateway House, delivered the opening remarks in the Russia-India-Sri Lanka Trilateral Dialogue, organized by Asian Confluence on the Impact of Climate Change on Marine and Fresh Water Resources and Combating Water Pollution.
The event discussed the conservation of marine ecology and freshwater ecosystems, and how they play a crucial role in combatting pollution and global warming. This issue requires holistic management of water resources, along with a collective global response.
