On February 20, Ambassador R. Viswanathan, Distinguished Fellow, Latin America Studies, Gateway House, chaired a business session with a delegation from Santa Fe, Argentina. The meeting was organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
The delegation led by Dr. Antonio Juan Bonfatti, Governor of the Province of Santa Fe, sought Indian investment in renewable energy and more trade in agricultural products.
Ambassador Viswanathan is the former Indian Ambassador to Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Venezuela, and Consul General in Sao Paulo.
