On July 30, Lt Gen S L Narasimhan, Adjunct Distinguished Fellow, National Security and China Studies, Gateway House, addressed senior officers of the Indian Air Force, Army and Navy enrolled in the Higher Command Course at the College of Air Warfare, Secunderabad, India. Gen Narasimhan discussed China’s emergence in the contemporary world order.
