Mittal Singh, a farmer from Londi village, in Jammu’s Kathua district, told Khabar South Asia that India and Pakistan should talk to each other to end the violence.
“I left everything back in my village after intense shelling by the Pakistani army. My children and my elderly parents have to now live in the camps during these harsh winters. We don’t even have blankets,” he said. “Both the countries should sit and talk with each other so that we can live a peaceful life.”
