When Delhi’s election results are declared on 10 February, the new administration will need to use disruptive innovation to tackle the National Capital Region’s myriad problems such as women’s safety, pollution and sanitation. A massive public messaging campaign will accelerate the process. But both groups will have to work together for Delhi to become a national model.
