Six months after a General election was countermanded, Zanzibar is set head into a reelection on the 20 March, 2016. Ambassador Neelam Deo, Director at Gateway House, who participated as an observer in the elections, shares her insights into what led to the reelection and what might come from the opposition boycott of it.
