From 19-20 June, Brussels-based think tank, Friends of Europe organised an online brainstorming on global security issues called Debating Security Plus 2018. This is the time for countries, regional unions and global institutions to reform themselves – putting people instead of regulations and strategic objectives at the centre of their decision-making.
